Pearl River Group
Pearl River Group (PRG) is a property company which operates in investment, development and property advisory services. Within the investment and development arms, PRG’s goal is to provide optimised and risk adjusted returns to our investors through strategic acquisitions that leverage our experience in the industry. Through our advisory business Advise Transact, we aim to provide the most informed and strategic property advice for our clients – whether it be leasing advisory, purchase advisory or a full scope strategic divestment campaign.

Our Founder
Lewis Tong
Lewis Tong was born in Hong Kong and immigrated with his family to Australia in the mid-80s. During the 90s his family established an import/export trading business in Australia and a retail business where he first got his exposure to property.
In 2006, Lewis joined CBRE as a commercial property valuer in industrial, office, retail, and development sites and in 2009 moved into Commercial property transactions where he specialised in transacting commercial property with a specialisation to Asian Capital. He was made National Director of the Australian Asian Desk in 2018 across Australia and managed a team of 30 people. During his time at CBRE, Lewis transacted over $8 billion worth of properties and developed strong relationships with private investors and institutional investors throughout Asia.
2017 – Recognised by the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV) as the Commercial Agent of the Year.
2018 – Awarded the Commercial Agent of the Year by the Real Estate Institute of Australia (REIA) .

The Monash Commercial Property Investment Fund (MCPIF) has been set-up to take advantage of a short to medium term value-driven opportunity. MCPIF is focused on servicing its private investor base through the acquisition of value-add property in the $500,000 to $10,000,000 price bracket.
